I'm kinda confused so please help! ┗( T﹏T )┛ so who is haise (tokyo ghoul :re) exactly? is he kaneki with amnesia or other person which has kaneki's organs transplanted to?

He is Kaneki with amnesia (⌒▽⌒)
Personally I feel like the ghoul investigators gave him amnesia but you never know~ (〜￣△￣)〜
