I think zero died after that Yuki sacrifice herself to change kaname to human and that two children probably Yuki and zero child
the eldest child "the girl with the black hair is kaname× yuuki daughter ... and the boy with the white hair is yuuki × zero child ... after kaname get in the ice there is an exta chapter showing how yuuki found out about her pregnancy from kaname with zero .. u can read the chapter on mangafox... but I dont know if zero is alive or died before yuuki
