I saw a comment from the main page where it is said that the extra listed in mangago is the end. However, this is a mistake (the extra is part of volume 1 not 3 (there are several clues but I'll state the most obvious ones). From the extra, p. 5: "It is been half a month since Sword first f***ed me" (so the extra happened after two weeks from their first encounter". Furthermore in the last page (p. 30) the mangaka says: "While we're on the subject, the plot of this story is totally unrelated to the rest of the UGH series. I just wanted an excuse to draw them in casual clothes sorry".
Officially they are declared dead but in reality they got new identities.
… and the mangaka drew them again in an extra which is in line with the last pages of volume 3. They are living in an island not as runaways because officially they are dead, Sword works as a lifeguard and Sen as a fisherman. You can read it here:

They did escape from prison with the help of the infiltrated FBI agent, William (Norman's seme).
