It says on the right, Illustration by Itsuki Kaname. There are a number of manga, and you can see the red eyed, white/grey haired seme with his brunette uke in some illustrations if you do a Google Image search. Didn't see any manga covers with the pair, though I did spot one character that sort of resembles the seme on one book cover. Bakaupdates has a list of story titles, I think. Good luck.
