all i remember is: seme and uke are going out, seme has a accident, his head is injured and doesnt wake up even though uke try to call his name every day. but when his ex ( the one he loved but didnt confess) come, he wake up. he forget the present and his memory go back to the time he still have feeling w his ex, and now try to get him, but at last, seme and uke het back together. thank in advance.
