I'm not sure about that, you can try "Demian Syndrome" by the same mangaka, the pic does looks like Takayama from that manga. (I'm not sure though, might be just some cover art for Chara Magazine, but Demian Syndrome does get serialized in that magazine) (￣∇￣")
