i think what the uke means with'we're both falling in love' means that they both fall in love to the person who doesn't love them; uke loves the other peeson and seme loves uke..both knows that they can't have the person they love and uke seems to understand that the pain in seme's eyes is the same with the pain he has for falling in love with person he shouldn't love....that's why 'they fall in love' but not with each other..that's my point of view though
