Regarding Haitani, the answer is yes. He did that because he realized Takano loves Ritsu (as you can tell his overprotective nature around Ritsu) and he wants Takano to feel the pain of having your lover stolen in front of you （￣へ￣）
Yes but Haitani is not in love with Ritsu and Takano rejected his lover. I mean it's not Takano's fault.

Does anyone know the chapter where onodera stops takano from going to yokozawa- san's place? And does haitani really loved onodera or was he just using him to get revenge or he wants him to be angry or what??
