The good news is no one has to put up with any form of abuse. It's just really hard to realise or accept that it's better to leave the person who is doing this to you.
Luckily there are probably hundreds of counselling services that could help you with your situation. There will definitely be somebody who will listen to you, take your problem seriously, and give you guidance on what to do next.

If you are a minor then you don't have to put up with it. You report it to cps and they will remove you from the home you are in and do an investigation. There is help you just need to ask for it.
Abusers can't be negotiated with ... even if you try to reach a modus vivendi with the said person, this will still backfire on the victim. Abusers need either psychiatric help or a coercive force to put them in check like reporting them to the police even if they are a parent or a relative. I think that you should either blow the whistle on the said person or find a job and move out. It also depends on where you live in, if you're a minor there are special services you could contact (Google the words: child abuse, department of public welfare and the name of the area you live in). There will be a distinct website which will appear from your search queries and there will be contact information or an application to fill and send.
