It was perfectly clear that he wasn't a transvestite. He told the uke that he was sorry he couldn't become a woman. The way it was stated made it pretty clear that he didn't identify himself as a woman. That makes him a cross dresser.
I thought that Yui being the seme was incredibly sexy; and I personally dislike it when the 'feminine' guy is always the one receiving. Just because you're 'feminine' it doesn't mean you should receive ;) And I also wondered whether he was transgender... but I ultimately came to the conclusion that he's a crossdresser as well.

Is it just me or is it a little weird that the seme in the last chapter is a transvestite? Think i would have had liked that one better had he been the uke since it makes more sense to me. But to each his own.
