From what I understand. He wasn't cheating. As Reiichi said. If he was okay to do it with anyone than he will not kicked her out. Because she get kicked out. Mean reiichi didn't do anything. he also ask fukurou to sleep in sofa because he know whatever he explain fukurou will not believe him.
