I'm pretty sure they ended up doing it before that happened and I'm guessing it took a while before yuuki notices she was pregnant

How did you miss the scene were Kaname takes yuki to bed! Sure I had to look twice at that little square to notice Kaname wasn't wearing a shirt under the blanket but you can still tell
