I red it without looking at the tags (I tend to priorities the star rating more than the tags), so I'm like going in blind, imagine my surprise as I catch on. Like you I was hoping that they are not blood related so I push through, but the way their love story unfold gives the incest justice, this is one of the most heartwarming story that I ever red, It really tugs on my heart-string. It's not just 'Wham Bam I love my son!!!'-cliche ,this has some serious plots.
So I came for the high star rating and stay for the plot.

Well mind you in some countries though cousin x cousin relationships and marriages are not prohibited or immoral the only exemption is the 1st cousin... well in yaoi world anything is possible because they are only fictions and fantasies...to give you an advice if there is no tags placed as INCEST read the summary it would give you an idea what you are going to read.

I also dislike incest but sometimes you get too curios, I'm glad I read it, cause it wasn't the usual son/father complex incest, it was really a love story, and the fact that they are father and son it does not make ir perv, for start it was an essential point so I could accept it, that the father didn't really raise his son, he was an external person pretty much, and all the moral problematic it was reallw well handled and developed, as I said is not just a pervert incest manga
