It's that masochistic thing where you want to read a story full of moments of heart breaking suffering and sweet joy and love that makes your heart go "duh, duh, duh.. teeeee.. duh, duh, duh" and you cry and laugh by yourself in locked your room with your laptop, making your sister worried about you. We can empathize perfectly with morinaga's feelings and that phrase just about sums up morinaga in a sentence and why we connect with the character right?
