it indeed will be a fight to the death since Reiner got his butt kicked. But I doubt its their instructor (Keith Shadis) since even when he had hair, he didn't wear glasses. and the Dr. Jeager look-a-like wears glasses.
The Ape guy didn't have black hair though (judging from the scan his hair must be blond or light brown) so I hope it's not Grisha getting ressurected.
well, (didn't realize his name was Grisha) I don't think it is him since we did see him get killed (but technically not every bit was shown, so its more assumed) but like the warning before the page, what if it was the first king or someone of his line that could have survived. we already know that blonde hair runs in the family due to some flash blacks and Historia's hair. arrgh, guess we'll have to wait and find out.
