I don't know if my question is stupid or it's normal but I need to know why are you fans reading this manga if there's an anime? I mean when you watch the anime you already know what it's about to happen. I know that a lot of ppl read manga that has an anime but it's so weird how u get exited for the anime if u know what it's going on. I read the manga after I finsh watching the anime but not all chapters only some chapters that doesn't show up in anime. Anyway, I'm just here for comments.

Well I don't know about other people, but for me it's extremely fun to see my favorite characters actually moving and reacting and to watch my favorite fights, being animated.
It's one thing to read a fight that goes on within say four, five Paige's, but to witness it in motion is amazing. It fills me with delight! The same thing I feel can be said about any genre of manga that becomes animated.
People who become attached to a character or characters in a story hope to watch them in motion and enjoy them more or less as much as they did when they read them in a manga.

I don't know if this answered your question in whole but this is why I enjoy watching anime that I originally read as a manga or continue to read along with.

Ps, I'm a huge Magi fan and cannot wait for a third season to be made!

Because the anime usually skips things (Tokyo Ghoul), moves things around (Tokyo Ghoul) or goes off script so much it's an alternate universe (Kuroshitsuji).

Not to mention the manga is the original source material. Kind of like why fans are still reading A Song of Fire and Ice but also watch Game of Thrones.

It's stupid to just watch the anime because most anime adaptation either doesn't follow the manga (original source) or put in too much filler episodes and ruin characters development.
One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach are the most well-known for too much filler episodes that some characters end up being totally different from the manga. For example, the anime for One Piece has a filler episode where Zoro could cut steel (this is early in the anime before they cross to the red line) but then later in the Alabasta Arc Zoro couldn't cut steel when fighting with Mr. 1.
On the other hand, Tokyo Ghoul anime and manga has barely any relationship and stories got cut so short that understanding the anime was a pain-in-the-asshole without the manga. The anime is crap if you ask me.
Conclusion: Read the Manga because some anime adaptations are crap. If you hate reading, then don't go argue with people about the anime/manga because you will sound like an idiot to them.

It's always better to read and watch. improve your knowledge and DON"T be an idiot!

    It's a stupid question.
The reason is because there is something to read. The animation is exciting to a certain extent, but reading the development at ones pace doesn't deter them from visualizing the story in such a way, that they can feel just as satisfied from watching the anime.
There's also staying on plot, keeping from being spoiled, and reading things that will most likely be overlooked in the anime.
I read then watch, because I like both.
Some people are too lazy to read or wait for chapters, so they obediently wait for a second season and have the audacity to get mad when someone makes a comment about the manga.
Others actually enjoy reading, because it isn't difficult, you stay updated, and you're reading the work of the author himself.
You think it's easy of him?

In general, manga are better than anime. In my opinion, anime exaggerates the art and change way too much things while they do an adaptation of the manga. Anime is simpler and while it involves doing much stuff it doesn't retain the atmosphere of the story itself.
I have NEVER watch an anime before I read its manga. It's always I need to read the manga first before I see the anime and mostly I stuck with reading and don't go far as to watch the anime. Watching anime is too time consuming for me.
