It's officially 12 episodes.
According to the pv, seems like the 3rd season will have 10 episodes. So I think the chapters that will be animated are act 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28 and 29. I doubt that act 23 and 26 will be animated due to their length
