The plot is not advancing? How so? Asami has just been betrayed by a sub-ordinate and has had a group of armed men attack him in his own home. If that is not a new idea and a plot advance - then what is? Perhaps you need to re-read the past few chapters again?

Those three chapters were about more than Sudou's "jealousy." They revealed a smuggling plot with a mysterious accomplice who also had Akihito in his sights. And there was a huge leap in character development for Akihito when he finally came to understand his true importance to Asami. If you missed that, you need to read a little slower.

I apologize for the read slower comment, but I will argue again that the current plot has afforded huge developments in the overall and all-important relationship arc, that of allowing Akihito to at last understand what he means to Asami and fully accept his own feelings. These last five or six chapters have been rich in that respect.

I agree/believe that the plot, characters, strategy created for each character and storyline which make this Manga ka continue do advance in so may ways. you just have to recognize it when you reading it.

well, all we hope for is that the mangaka won't ever stop releasing viewfinder, the most important is that we do have regular release of the manga.

*slow claps* this. So much this. Something I've been waiting for from the beginning was for Akihito to find his place at Asami's side and to tell himself that also. All these things make the wait well worth it, because in the end: the development of their feelings and relationship is the over all plot of the entire series. And that chapter made it advance a whole damn lot if you ask me.

Im quite excited for the animated version, probably because I want to see Vieefinder animated no matter what part they focus on. I believe Sensei has her right to focus and work on what ever she wants. As long as she continues this manga and as long as she is happy. Sensei, i shall support you in what ever you may want to do. this slow progression is one aspect of cliffhanger sensei has a lot of ideas, each chap is important and contain details (not as i wish) i want more details to understand eveything. The only hang-up here is that the chap lately are shorter specially the current volume 8 , those 4 chap can be extended to be 2 chap like in Naked Truth 18 Hong Kong 13 with 43 pages and temporary paradise 44 pages , but then sensei will be tired to death, i respect her choise i read her hard work for free i don't have the right to criticize her.

I prefer the manga. I don't really like the animix. I'll watch the second one though but I prefer a real animated episode. In an animix, the characters aren't moving enough, it's a little strange. It doesn't make me want to watch it several times. On the contrary, I read the manga regularly and several time at first when it's released.

If you want smut, read porn. If you want romance, read shoujo. What do want more from this arc? Current arc is the best arc for vf, though vol 7 is a bit slow, less action. But I like the mystery on this arc.
