Where can you buy them?! Couldn't find volume 8 CH 53 at Amazon.
You won't find an English version of 53 at Amazon, the magazine with the chapter was just released in Japan on the 27th.
Yes, only in print and volumes 1-7. And the print version of volume seven only runs through chapter 44. Chapters 45 through 53 will be in volume 8. Unfortunately, yeah, it is not released a chapter at a time in English. They wait until they have a full volume.
Another good reason to buy the print versions is that the art is sometimes incomplete in a the scanlations. It's just sketched in or sometimes frames are left completely blank but are cleaned up and filled in on the print version.
Also, for some reason, Amazon has not restocked Volume 3 and used prices there are ridiculous. But it is available at akadot.com.

I live outside USA and it'd be way too expensive T_T is there a place to buy a digital copy?

English-speaking readers: In case anyone doesn't know this, all volumes of Finder have been reprinted and are now available for purchase at reasonable retail prices through akadot.com or other on-line retailers, if you want to support the mangaka. It's worth your while to read the official translation. It clears up a lot of things that are a little confusing in the scanlations. This has been a public service announcement.
