No, it doesn't need one week for the translation. The translated version was done and out on the very same day it was released. It's because of the 3-day- or 1-week-rule respectively. So people who haven't seen it yet can expect it on the 04th of the 05th, I'd say.
And it would be nice if some folks could stop the whining and complaining (@ OP). This is translated by groups and individuals who are not professionals, but fans like us and who do it in their own spare time and for free. They undertake considerable efforts to get the raws, work together over several continents, do the translations and clean up the finished version. What they give to the community every two months is a GIFT and not something to be expected or take for granted. This translation takes hard work and doesn't just happen automatically or appear as if by magic. A little gratitude and appreciation here for the fellow fans who bring it to us would be really lovely on occasion. Just saying. ;)

When's the next chapter coming out? I've been waiting since forever! Also, what's up with these short chapters? It's not satisfying at all.
