I know but I feel the chapters are muddled up a bit and I can't seem to understand most of the details!
You could read Twisted Hel Scans version in their site or in Batoto. Their chapter 143 has a few more pages at the end.
Maybe it isn't as muddled as here.
And for :re, you could read it in Imperial Scans site. Their reader is fast.
In Tokyo Ghoul wikia you could read peoples comments for every chapter or topic and solve some of your doubts.
Don't worry, there is so much that we can't understand yet, and that's why there are a bunch of theories, but it's nice to read them and discuss about it.
