I only have summary ch.31 (as I was told by some fans): Hizuru was asked to kill the betrayer (the old man killing Youmei's brother). He knew this mission is very difficult, so he wanted to meet Youmei for the last time. Hizuru asked Youmei to break their relationship. He said that he don't want to be "Youmei's dog" anymore. That means they're no longer "brotherhood". And he asked Youmei whether he can kiss him just one time or not.
I don't have summary of new chapter, but as we can see, Youmei is a beast! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ Unfortunately, the drug works in time!!! (╬￣皿￣)凸

The summary of the ch.32: Hizuru wants Youmei to kiss him. They kiss again and again because Hizuru feels that one kiss is far from enough. Then Hizuru leaves kiss mark on his own arm so that Youmei could identify his corpse by this kiss mark. However, Youmei thinks that one kiss mark is not enough in case the corpse is dismembered. So he tries to leave more kiss marks on Hizuru's body, including neck, chest, abdomen, back and waist.

Youmei: Since you want to leave the mark, why not leave the mark at somewhere more obvious?
In my opinion, Youmei senses that something bad may happen to Hizuru (you can see the his facial expression in page 16 when he heard about the corpse identification issue), but I am not sure whether he will link this with Hizuru's mission. And don't forget the sleeping pill Hizuru put in the tea for Youmei, it is probably that Youmei will fall asleep in the next chapter... ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
