Lol i have a feeling he's gonna say "oh i knew all along" or something. I also think usagi might have told takahiro without telling misaki. (Which is why he looked so sad during the festival chapter when it was misaki's birthday and he was giving him a piggy back ride. Totally forget which chapter. xD But yeah.)
wow that actually might be true, I've never thought about that, maybe that's also the same reason why Takahiro hasbeen bothering Misaka to move out.
