Sounds about right, but there are many yaoi mangas that have that realistic feel to them. Either way...I LOVE YAOI ヾ(☆▽☆)

No you are not the only one in my opinion this manga is SO MUCH BULLSHIT if you take on the responsibility of raising someone's children you don't turn around and start having sex with them . That was one of the worst excuses I've ever seen to start a sexual relationship and I don't care if their not related by blood he raised them like his own it's not right . And yes I also know that this is just fiction and not based on real life I could have appreciated this much better if there had been SOME REAL SOULSEARCHING going on instead of that you raped me but I understand it was all my fault so let just all be fuck buddy's cause you know that's what I raised you for .

I agree with you about that and yet, I so love this story! But it's also my opinion: it's too quick. I don't think that Keiichi can really see them as his lovers (or can really see them as his lovers yet) because he has raised them since they were 10 and when he talks about them, he says "his sons". In his mind, they're his sons and it's not normal to have sex with your sons, even in a fiction.

For the twins, I think it's different as they have never seen Keiichi as their father. They have their own father even if he abandoned them. They're calling Keiichi by his first name not "dad", "papa" or whatever other name. And they said in chapter 1 that they've always loved him romantically. In chapter 2 (the raw), we can see more about their love when they were younger. And they have had 10 years to think about this future relationship with Keiichi.

Keiichi has had 10 minutes to think and he accepted them in his bed because "there's more love in this family". I also would have liked more thoughts, doubts, bittersweet feelings, etc... I think that Saeko Kamon rushed this story and didn't mention any of that willingly because it's a one shot but it's really sad because it deserved more probing, not just sex scenes.

I hope we'll have more scenes with that kind of thoughts in the future chapters. However, that said, I can't say I'm annoyed with this manga because I really like it. I like the plot (apart for the precipitation of the relationship), the drawings, how the twins have been deeply in love with Keiichi since the beginning. I think it's a pure love from them. And they certainly suffered a lot because of this love, not being able to reveal it, seeing their beloved every day, being scared that someone else come suddenly to steal the man they love, not being able to touch him, etc... It's that part that I really like so I "ignored" the other things that I don't like and do not approve in order to enjoy this reading.

Anyway, I think I often have to ignore things in mangas because I wouldn't have a lot to read otherwise. However, I still can't read certain stories: true incest with persons who are blood-related, an adult with a child as a lover, some rapes if they are particularly awful, etc...

A++ on this convo. You guys summed my feelings on this manga entirely. I'm also getting tired of the notion that Yaoi=Rape so you should just deal if you don't like it.
