1- Kon is like a 2nd version of Magane, so he has a special place in Waki's heart plus waki is searching for a miracle, a kami who'll choose someone else someone who's not his kotodama( to light the hope in his heart that perhaps Magane can choose him too even if Rikishii is the kotodama master)
2- indeed i think that this is the last generation of the Mitou family, but never mind that at least everybody is happy
and btw when Rikiishi died he told Waki that his bloodline will grand him his wish and that's what happened they( kotoha and shoui) helped revive Magane(that's all what Waki asked for)
1. I have same feeling as you when the first time I saw Megane body when Asari revived. I was thought I think Kon is made as close as Megane. Because in what chp I don't remember it said that kon is specifically made or something.
2. I want to see the revival of Megane with his memory. Because it too sad for Waki to be immortal when he has nobody with him as everyone going to die eventually
sensei said that Magane memories are up to the readers, so i like to think that the miracle happened and Waki x Magane are living happily ever after.
this manga is one of my suuuuper fav( i am picky as hell with yaoi) so i like to think that it has a happy ending for everyone
Yeah I'd like to think that way too. They even used blood of shoui & kotoha. So I m sure it will be happy ending for Waki as well.

well as for me i don't even read tragic manga( my heart is a sissy ass) i can't handle tragedy really even if the manga is good T T i wish in the future i can read the masterpieces that are with tragic ending

that's the only tragedy manga i read, and i swore to never read an ongoing manga labelled as drama, the last chapter left me tromatized i swear, but it was a good read.............. it's NAKAMURA-SENSEI after all
The last ch I read it was labeled as END but still noted as on going so I was browsing and learned that ch.9 was the ending. I still cried some more minutes as I remember that scene. Seriously it haunted me in dreams as I really really want to change for what happened. All sensei stories are leaving mark. Her story is sad and twisted but so beautiful
I personally like the stories of Ryuusei, Shoui & Waki. Cried my eyes out. I want to see the revival of Magane. Every single story is greatly tell. But I have some questions :
1. Why Kon is special and not force to turn into Hakushi after his Kotodama sama died? He takes job from Genma and can do whatever he wants (waki let him does whatever he wants)
2. I m seriously concern about the bloodline of the Mutou as seems everybody "Go Gay" with their Kami. Including the girls of Ouka.
