If you add the manga to your list, you will get a notification when the manga is updated on mangago :)
Under the orange button 'Start reading', you have 3 different buttons (Want to read, ....) so just have to click on either one of them :)
ahh I added the mangas to "i've read" list ... Waaaahhh thank youuu!!!
Next Chapter will be released on November 2015, sorry for the wait you guys
