Most likely, yuki(misspelled?) did have a thousands years to work out exactly how she would bring him back. With the whole turn vampires to human brake though it is not an inprobibility and personally since he asked to be told more and normally trying to remember causes pain and flash backs... he does not seem to be suffering those symtoms. So I conclude(sp) that yes he remembers the 10k plus years of his existance minus that sleep before yuki was born. Though this could be countered with the whole she improved the whole giving a life to seal the vampire side thing just it improved in a diferent way. There are many ways to discuse this idea and it will come back to the fact that the creator has not specifide yet, so it could be anything.
