Nope. They are not similar at all.
From the setting to the characters, all very different. to the point of the progress of the story.
however, they do have several similarities since they are from the same author.
and of course, they all good to read. XD
If you like this manga, I suggest reading the chinese BL novel Jus Primae Noctis by the same author. They're really similar.
