It's not Stockholmsyndrome since the Uke fell in love with the seme before he was abused and locked up.
And even if this was twisted it actually portrayed those pure feelings of the seme quite well, even though he was violent.

No offense but that manga sucks big time. The uke has no concept of love and constantly suffers from Stockholm Syndrome and the seme is one hell of an abusive bastard who doesn't know what the fuck he wants. Put two whiny bitches together and that's the outcome. Oh and all the abuse the seme did to him and he couldn't even fight the delinquents. Such a joke.
