The butler knew all of Shotarou's information and he was commenting "he has grown", so... I was wondering if the president has a "plan" for Sho too? To make him mature (because he has a problematic and capricious personality), in order to exploit his talent as a musician? Or I'm thinking nonsense...?

That is entirely possible. I mean it's Lori we're talking about. He wouldn't be able to help himself until he has spread LOVE all over the world. XDDDD

But Sho came from another agency, it seem unlikely to me.

I think Sho doesn't have any opportunity to be Kyoko's lover, not anymore, and not because he broke her heart, but because Kyoko's in love with Ren now, she has acknowledged that in her heart, and she's developing a very profound and meaningful relationship with Ren/Kuon, not just romantic, but also as teacher and disciple in acting, as her "hero" (the actor she admires the most), as potential partners, as friends (Corn/Kyoko), "saviour" of each other... And she's also helping him to learn to forgive and love himself and confront his inner demons... I think Sho can't replace Ren in her heart now, not matter what he does, since he was her first love, the one who almost never has success, and ends in the past.

However, I do think that Sho will continue to have a fundamental rol in Kyoko's development as a person, in the future, and not just because he's the reason she became an actress in the first place. Sometimes, I feel like if Kyoko was able forgive Sho, then she could forget about him, stop being enemies nor friends, BUT, I always remember the mangaka is contantly insinuating that Sho and Kyoko have an unbreakable bond, that they are conected by destiny, and I think there must be a reason behind that statement. Although it may be that Sho is not the one who is fundamental for Kyoko, insteed, maybe Kyoko the one who would be essencial for Sho, she could end up changing Shoutaro, forcing him to mature, if the ever comes to love her for real and has his heart broken.
    I don't know :/

I have to say those two have a sibling-who-are-always-bickering-and-competing aura, and their interactions are hilarious
