I wont tell you that, because, well, I don't think it's true. Based on 10 year old Kuon's flashbacks, they were only visiting Kyoto for a movie when he met Kyoko. They didn't live there, they lived in the USA. He didn't move to Japan till he was 15 after Rick died (though I'm having strange thoughts that Rick may not be dead, if he didn't bother to stick around for help to arrive) and he had a melt down.

I also have the same thought before, but it seem unlikely now. There's a possibility that during Kuu visit to Kyoto, he happened to meet Saena, accidentally sleeping together and not knowing Saena got pregnant after. But knowing Saena co-worker also know about her father that he is smart and all, there's also a possibility he is something they know quite well not a completely stranger. But then again, he doesnt know her father real name. Now, I really confused.

Whoever kyoko's dad is he likely isn't a good person. There are lots of signs. Note her reaction to kyoko's running off with sho. Notice how she will not talk about the father in detail and her attitude. If I had to guess saena is what kyoko could have been if she took it further with sho. That means it probably isn't any decent guy. He's probably worse than sho.
