Help please! Yaoi manga/anime?

I'm looking for a manga/anime? About a japanese guy that delivered a CD containing important imformation to a guy named Asami. But he is kidnnaped by some chinese guys that want The same CD that he delivered. They try to torture him in order to obtain it but he refuses to talk. The leader then has his way with him, and after that, he locked him in a kinda cell. The guy named Asami rescued him and took him to a safe place. He told him that The CD was blank and it didn't have any information. Then Asami wants to embrace him, but he told Asami that since he told him he was filthy, why did he wanted to embrace him. Asami told him that he was his property and no one could touch what was his. That's all i remember, so if You could help me with this I would be ver y grateful.
