I don't think the answer is as simple as yes or no...To a certain point, Feilong has let go and moved on, he even starts to have feelings for others (emphasis on "starts"), like Akihito or Yoh. However, those past seven years and what he has been through can't just be wiped away overnight, and it's probably going to take a while until he manages to get over Asami and his own buried emotions completely. But, unlike before, I think he might be on that path now.
I agree. I think Asami was an obsession and symbol for so long that he's become something else in Fei's mind. Also I think he was Fei's first real love (though I could be wrong). In some ways, Fei is like a naughty child acting out to get attention.
The Feilong novel deals with that question quite a bit. Fei realises that his passion was Asami - but that Asami's passion... is Akihito. I think Fei will always have a soft spot for Asami, but in the novel it becomes clear that he is eventually moving on.

Ummm...bipolar means going through extreme mood swings from severely depressed to manic-ly happy and is a chemically induced condition in the brain, it is not something that you 'feel' for another person. (because I have had that problem) Perhaps you mean something like hot/cold emotionally?

You did not offend, you just did not look like you understood that bi-polar is a clinical diagnosis not just an emotion that you would feel for a single person. Bi-polar affects everything you feel, not just a love/hate relationship with one person.
