That number is an average of the ratings. Because there have been ratings lower than 5 stars, this manga will never "reach" ten. It would have to have had all 5 star ratings to achieve a ten.

Why is the rating is not 10 yet ? This manga is the best yaoi manga i ever read ! And i still re-read it while i wait for an update it's too good i can't get bored ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
