I think Kakashi just likes to be super mysterious and laugh inside because he knows everyone wants to see his face or believe he has an other badass scar, or something very cool. Basically, he's teasing everybody. LOL

2. how they confess
3. where's the wedding
(especially naruto and hinata)
4. how they do it
I conclude that kakashi hide his lower part of his face because he have a mole that makes him look like a girl? (in an attractive way)
