I'm a little confused on one part. So did Asami sleep with that Hong Kong cop or not that whole part was kind of confusing.

It's a matter of interpretation. It's never directly stated, but some people think it is implied. I personally just think the cop had a crush on Asami and Asami used him (not for sex, for other things). Others think sex would be a natural benefit of a cute cop with a crush.

I don't know for sure--the style of art makes many characters look similar to me. That would be hilarious. And if Asami slept with Yoh, it would make a pattern of sloppy seconds for poor Fei.

I doubt it is...it made me wonder though, is Yoh actually Chinese? I mean, he was working for Asami but at the same time, wouldn't Feilong have gotten suspicious if he was Japanese?

It's not Yoh. Feilong would have recognized him when he met him in prison a few months later.

I wondered if Yoh was Taiwanese since he ends up in Taiwan in Finder no Rakuin.

Asami calls Yoh in at some point during Fei's arc and tells him you are going to jail. Protect Fei long at any cost, get close to him. that was after he went to jail for killing his brother?that always confused me why would Asami do that for Fei?

Feilong didn't kill his brother. Actually, it's never made clear just why Fei is sent to prison, only that he refused to pay bail. The actual charge is never stated. He wasn't there for long. If he was sentenced for murder (either of Liu or Toh) he would have been there longer.

Asami sent Yoh to protect Feilong and to help him take Baishe back when he was released. Yan Tsui was still alive at that point and marshaling support to take over Baishe himself. Asami had to choose between the lesser of two evils as head of Baishe and chose Fei.

No, he didn't! Asami is a very mysterious character. Even now, with the manga having 53 chapters already, we don't know much about Asami except for the fact that he owns many clubs, his a big shot in the underworld and that his so HOT.
But even if that were only the things we know of him, I believe Asami is not someone who would just sleep around. He have high standards when it comes to who will become his partner. Feilong didn't meet those standards and the Hongkong policeman surely didn't.
When he (policeman) said that he'll do anything for Asami, it's not because of sexual favors from Asami but because of his respect for Asami as a man.
