Valid points. I didn't like how Schuuichirou acted more like a dad or a babysitter than a lover most of the time. I think the age difference would have been a minor issue if he didn't act like that all the time which draws attention to it again and again...
For everyone saying the story is annoying, I disagree. I think it's a very realistic because he is 17 years old and still immature. This is the first relationship he's ever had, and his lover is trying to be equal parts parental (lecturing him about his grades) and his lover. He can't tell any of his friends about his relationship because homosexuality isn't acceptable in Japan, and his family is never around. The only person he can depend on is his lover, who is constantly keeping him at arms length because of the guilt he feels for dating a teen. I think they're doing pretty well together considering the f****ed up circumstances of their relationship situation.
