Because his pain was different right ? Other deaths we see was always the Kami showing of love to their interest lover, while Magane lifelessly went to Rikiichi even in a paper form. As i was reading, it was sure that Waki feels jealous towards Rikiichi but his complicated feelings toward the other made him silent as well. It's sad
This is really amazing... I felt so many things reading this, is really worth reading every single chapter. I cried every time a kami cried, but what hurt me the most was Waki losing Magane, really, my heart still aches.
