I need help with tracking down a particular manga

Help! I need help in remembering the title of a particular manga in which there are 2 male high school protagonists and one of them suddenly falls in love with a fellow school-mate/punk who always glares at him all the time but unbeknownst is actually secretly in love with him as well. At the end it was revealed that the glaring is only his involuntary reaction to being embarassed. Also the punk has an older brother and the two of them was always chased down by other highschool gang punks
