I think the guy that Kuro saw at the end was really Shouei's senpai. If you remember, the senpai was the one who told Shouei and Noeru that Kuro is waiting in that room. Which means they are already acquainted with each other. And maybe, this is just a hunch, but I think Kuro is the uke and senpai is the seme. Even with Kuro's seme appearance, I think he'll make a great uke. ^.^
