Honestly for me Junjou story were kinda dragging it out. I love Usami and Misaki but yeah, regardless Sekaiichi Hatsukoi themselves, it should be developed a little bit more before ending the series. Onodera barely had character development the entire years this manga has been written, it pains me (but still love him) let him please for god sake overcome the routine of being a Tsundere, it really sucks to see him play hard to get. I want him to be more elaborative of his feelings, even his own dialogue confuses me 'What the hell does this kid want at this point now ?'

Exactly! I totally agree like i absolutely adore both of the stories but they are not really getting anywhere. Misaki doesn't really show that he likes usagi and same with Onodera. I actually feel bad for for both of them uSagi and takano that they have to go through not knowing if they really love them back. But the story has a good theme but its just not going anywhere

That's why i tend to avoid anime that contains the lead to fall for a tsundere character. It's cute, but some manga and anime really likes the idea of the character become a tsundere their entire life, hence dragging the entire story line. It becomes so annoying that i want to quit reading. At least Misaki admitted his feelings towards Usagi, they seem to be fine in that area but Ritsu on the other hand *sigh*, both of him and Takano are to blame, they resort to some kind of 'fuck buddies' Takano always presses him to have sex (at some point he looks like he's pushing it) but i can't entirely blame Takano, he himself said that if you don't like it then say you don't but Ritsu closes his mouth and the next day on the bed he screams and screams about how he hates him.

same and i dint think anybody compared koisuru boukon to this story but i do! But yea atlas onodera doesn't beat up takano.... i feel bad for morinaga..

Yeah i agree about a tsundere character like i get that its confusing and hard to love someone but still at least be considerate about the other person! it really confuses me so thats why i did take a break from both stories thinking that when i come back to them maybe something different came (like onodera or masaki finally confesses or soothing) but nothing... :(

Junjou is Kent to go on kinda but this one I just want them to Finnish because it's a good story and they.... Ugh

Misaki may have admitted his feelings 2 usagi but by the next day he goes back 2 pretending he isn't gay & in love with a man, right? Onodera is the same way....even if Onodera tells Takano his true feelings he would still act like he did b4. I don't blame Yokuzawa 4 hating Ritsu because Ritsu is playing games with Takano's heart. If he really didn't want anything 2 do with Takano, he could have left a long time ago but he stayed. Ritsu is just full of BS. This series was actually one of the first yaoi manga I have read & I thought it was so good but after a while Ritsu's attitude with Takano became more annoying than endearing. & as a result there is little 2 no story progression. That's y I don't enjoy this series as much as I use 2.

That's a hell of assumptions there, Yes. Ritsu does play with Takano's heart and he won't admit his feelings till this day because he's still need to overcome of his past and his own feeling with Takano, but how and why is still unclear. But i doubt he'll play the 'confessed and then denial' card, I don't remember because i don't follow Junjou Romantica story as much as i do with Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (But Egoist one tough.... Nowaki slays(づ￣ ³￣)づ ) as i remember Misaki is not as bad as you describe him, he actually stands against people that against Usagi especially his brother, and pretty much have opened his feelings in less Tsundere way. Well that's your opinion. There are lot of times when Ritsu almost say "I love you" or "I love him" but the funny thing is that the realization that comes after that, because he's still confused with what should he do with their relationship if its reciprocicated. He's stoll doesn't understand a lot of thing in the past and in the present. Takano knows this too, i mean they pretty much sleep with each other, his body already belongs to Takano but his heart is still not consentually given to him. Ritsu has his own complicated feelings (too many it seems) to call him full of BS is just not true imo, like what bullshit ? Other than he keeps on running away, i don't see any bullshit.

I like that they are longer than most yaois but at this point both of them are just dragging ;~; They at least need some development in the love department and confessing feelings.

Indeed, im glad that im not the only one thinking that way about ritsu. I mean common Ritsu has other problems like taking over his father's company, and there's his nagging mom bitchin bout his engagement with an chan and shit （￣へ￣）
