Don't worry, dear, this manga won't be dropped. It's only a bad, very bad joke. There's no official information about it being dropped. Yoneda Kou Sensei is also running another project - Rainy Days Yesterday. And Saezuru 3 drama CD will be released in January, too. So, don't worry.
