free: zedig, duc tran, sean yang, goro fujita and porkbun's photoshop brushes.
i only use zedig's most of the time-- the 77 brush i think? from sketching to line art to shading. i THINK sean and duc is mostly environment painting brushes??

paid: kyle webster. he has some free brushes too, but id recommend the megapack i think. i bought his gouache pack. frenden's pencil brushes are also really good, but mostly these brushes are used to emulate traditional media. im not quite sure what brushes you want? ($10+)

i didn't expect to see a question for ps brushes on mangago lmao
since i mostly have a painty style, im not aware of any good lineart brushes and such TTvTT )b sorry friend

hey just wanna let you know that i bought the megapack and wondering how to install it? ive followed his videos tutorial and the screenshots but i still dont get it. the brushes dont appear in the brush preset area and instead in the tool preset. how do you get it to the brush preset area?

technically yes Kyle's brushes are under the tool presets because of the way they are made-- its more customizable and easier to create that way. sorry you can't move the tools to brushes, but you can alter your photoshop layout so its easier to access.

^^; the rest (aside from frenden, he's also tools) are actually brushes though.

also I don't really use blending brushes sorry, but my friends recommend some:
