Lmao just finished rereading it and I skipped a few taku scenes as well, I felt the same way as the first time I read when I did not know the ending, taku got on my nerves then and I was joowon biased, rereading it got me irritated when it was taku’s parts once again but then towards the end when haesoo went to the hospital for jowoon and taku said something along the lines of ‘I’m gonna lose him’ I felt bad and wanted haesoo to go to him but then I saw jowoon and forgot all about it (≧∀≦)
It's cool hearing others opinions bc I did the opposite lol. I always went straight to the Taku scenes
I just suddenly remember this certain YAOI Manga... Well, I dont really remember the exact plot all I could tell is that, (this is just a part of the story actually), which is the seme and uke (they are couple)was having a dinner(?) Then, all of sudden the uke said he wants to break up because of "some reason". The seme was badly hurt so he left the scene but he also left the supposed "gift" that he wanted to give and when the uke opened it... it has a ring inside.

It doesn't have a little different scenario, but seems like one of the Kuroneko series. I'm very sorry but I don't remember which Kuroneko book it was. I hope it helped a little.
