It's not a tragic end, it's an happy end. :) But the story overall is bittersweet and dark. The two MCs carry a hidden sadness in their hearts due to their tragic pasts. They're broken ppl who save one another like in Saezuru. There isn't much dialogue but I like it this way. You can feel the sexual tension and yearning in their gaze and words carry more weight when spoken.
A sad part of the story is similar to Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki in a way but they overcome it. I don't wanna spoil it any more than this.

As long as the ending is a happy one, I'd go for it. Thank you :)
