I believe the manga takes place in the early 1900s with a western style mansion. It's about a viscount(16-17) falling in love with his butler who raised him when he was 7(?). The butler was supposed to be the heir but then the MC was born. The butler being bitter tries to overthrow the MC by planning to have the MC retire at the age of 20-23 due to a fake illness.
