Some people wonder how Makino can love the Tsukasa who bullied and harassed her, but the thing is, the Tsukasa she fell in love with isn't that shitty bully in the beginning of the manga. He had character development and changed because of her, and she fell in love with that version of him. Of course, such a personality change isn't very likely in real life but this is shoujo, what did anyone expect? Lol. Besides, he was an unloved kid and his mother really messed him up, so I can look past it personally. For this manga. I still love their development :). Makino was still strong, standing up to Tsukasa's mother, etc. She didn't beg him even during the memory arc. Still really like this manga :)
She starting to fall for him while he was still an abusive shit. He even threw things at her and had all sorts of dangerous spats out of sheer jealousy.
