Yes but all teektook rlly does is either not show these videos on your fyp (basically your feed) or they might delete the video if enough people report it. I don’t think you can report a specific tag or topic
its possible to dm the creators or write a comment on their tiktok asking them to stop promoting mangago. But there's a chance that they might not see it. I was using tiktok and saw a girl with an account that literally had mangago's url in the bio. I dmed her asking her to take it down but she hasn't responded or done anything
