I have one about my uncle!!
He went running one day and noticed that everyone was looking at him. He thought it was because was good looking and whatnot only to look down and realize he was only wearing his underwear!! Needless to say he spirited back home. I don't know how he didn't realize he was practically naked but oh my god, that is so like my uncle!!
I was wearing this necklace that easily gets hooked to stuff and I got stuck on a guys bookbag somehow (was in middle school) and ended up getting dragged up the stairs like a dog. Thankfully he noticed and unhooked me.
One time I was sexting my bf on snapchat and accidentally sent a nude to my coworker and friend but not we didn't know each other too long. And I was literally wanting to die until she sent me nude back like a couple seconds later. She told me it was bc she wanted us to be even but I have a sneaking feeling that wasn't the case but oh well.
I got in trouble with my mom so she kicked me out of the house so I got really pissed and was like "scREw yOu MOM I don't want to see your face ever again (╬￣皿￣)凸!!!" So I ran away and when she came to check back on me a few minutes later she saw me and started getting after the car and driving after me haha

I remember this one time in the 3rd grade. I tried to shake my bestie because she wasn't being herself that day. But instead of grabbing her shoulders I accidentally grabbed her breast with one hand. I didn't realize until after a couple of seconds (￣ε(#￣)ΣΣ( ￣□￣||)
My high school had this stupid design: The girls' bathroom was one end of the hall, the boys' on the other, but on the second floor the the bathrooms were on the other side (why the hell would they do that?). So I wasn't really paying attention this one time, and I walked straight into the boys' bathroom. Now, I was in luck actually because this was when I was staying after school to finish a project. There was just this one boy coming out of bathroom whom I walked past on my way inside. I had a baggy coat on, and the hood was pulled up, so I don't think he recognized me. But I did notice he did a double-take as he walked past so he probably at least suspected that I was a girl. I've had worse experiences, but I just wanted to rant about my school's bad architectural design.

Uh...my class was on a school trip, and we were in a museum. I was with two boys. One of them climbed up an escalator, so I decided to follow them (goodness know's why). And, lucky me, the head of school was there^^ Of course, I tripped and fell. Then I tried again, fell again. And, lucky me, the other guy who hadn't climbed the escalator had a crush on me (didn't know until later). Eventually I though that, hmm, maybe I should go down and then take the STAIRS. So yeah, the principal guy told me off, and I'm supposed to be this kid who never gets in trouble and keeps to themselves ╮(￣▽￣)╭
