I wonder how this all is going to play out. By regaining her memory, she has returned back to her old self - a self that only cares about her brother (or maybe herself?) It's really interesting to me - how much experience becomes a part of a person, shaping that person from the outermost superficial layers of their beings to the innermost core of their personality. If without her memory, she is a nice girl who cares about people around her and not just drowning in her own pity party. Does it mean that somewhere within her that nice girl still exists? I wonder how the author is going to progress her story in the next chapters.
She seems numb and uncaring right now. People are like that after the world has hurt them to an extent they cannot handle or process anymore. Her dad slapped her as a kid for her genuine feeling. Her brother was dishonest to her for their entire life together (with the fake smile that she hated so much). I do think she has an unhealthy way of coping with these painful parts of her life. I also am vehemently against putting your anger and issues on children (specifically Maho). I am just also sad for her. Her feeling, no matter how immoral they are to the world, has been invalidated by her family since she was a child.

Maybe the brother did it because of a romantic love for his sister that he has been suppressing for a long time ago. Maybe he did that out of grief (people react to pain in different ways, some cut themselves, some binge eat, some has sex with anyone they come across, provoking others into fighting them, etc.) All of these examples are destructive and addictive behaviors.

I can't explain why the brother did what he did because I can't read the author's mind. But I know there is an explanation the author has in mind to allow us to understand that everyone is human and makes mistakes, especially in time of grievance.

Like the daughter of the abusive father who ended up hitting her mother out of guilt (for the fact that she asked someone to kill her dad so that her mom wouldn't stop being in pain but it seems to have hurt her mother more); Or the fact that her mother still cried for a man who hurt her family. People are confusing. Even they don't understand their own actions sometimes.

I know I sound very self-righteous right now. There's a lot of things my twenty-year-old self doesn't get about life. But I just need to get this off because people who are commenting this is incest is not trying to understand this person who is in pain, only labeling him right away as someone disgusting and immoral. Also, trying to understand doesn't mean you agree with his action. For me, it means that you do not allow one action to determine your judgment of this person's character.

Hinata's new team is filled with chaotic and contrasting people :)) I am so excited to see how this turbulent dynamic will work out on the field. They look so mismatched which is both funny and incredible to me because I have a feeling they're gonna wow everyone with their teamwork later on. Maybe. Or maybe there will be very hilarious moments of failed team coordination. Either way, I'm pumped!

The choice makes sense from the perspective of someone who is trying to preserve the bubble that is the Amish life. I don't mean 'bubble' negatively. I think a lifestyle separated and sheltered from our fast-changing world has its values. But that choice is too cruel when you think about the person that will have to make such a choice. Do you give up the community you have for a chance to understand and explore yourself and the world? Personally, I feel that the reason a person can be so courageous in life (to go out and challenge yourself as well as the bigger world) is thanks to the stability from your family and close friends - knowing that whatever you do they will continue to be beside you. How does one cut out a whole community that has been their whole entire life once? I mean it is possible but also incredibly scary and difficult. Going into a whole new world that no one has ever taught you about is hard enough without considering the fact that you have no one to depend on during that transition.

Can someone explain the ambiguous/flooding part to me? If you don't know what I'm talking about it's the part right after Moogyeong told Yohan to sit and not stand next to him while he was frying the eggs. I love abstract stuff like that but I don't really understand what Yohan means.

he was talking about many drops of water will make it flood or something. from his friend yuri. like, by the time you realise it, it's already too late kinda thing. because it happens so slowly, you don't realise it. kinda reminds me of the saying to boil a frog in warm water to kill it ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Thank you lovely scanlator group(≧∀≦) I really appreciate all your hard works. And I enjoy reading you guy' convo at the end too. And when you guys talked about the sfx I had to go back to reread them. And I can't believe how unedited they look (like you guys did such a good job that I couldn't tell that you have cleaned and translated the sfx).

The same here, ERS did a great job on this. Well worth the time to wait! Haji is at their best here, too.

I'm looking forward to witches' head going *crunch*!

I wanna cry Hinata feels like someone who is always looking straight ahead. He doesn't waver or get frustrated in front of obstacles. He just does what he can and walks forward. He honestly inspires me so much

Everytime I saw an update for this manga, I am compelled to obsessively check every single day afterward for another update that maybe the new manga collumn and my notification center forgot to mention. This must be what having an addiction feels like.

The female protagonist has a strong mentality. I hope to see what she will act against her haters.

Dorky April 11, 2018 7:49 pm

I understand Kamin so much in this chapter. Like I also keep a lot of people at a safe distance mentally (like new classmates or colleagues) Like I will talk and joke around with them but I won't share anything personal. But at the same time, I'm scared to be hated by people so I always try to be on my best behavior around them which is stressful. But at least I have my family who always love and support me. Kamin doesn't have anybody. He only has someone who constantly makes him feel like he's worthless:( But that makes me excited for this story because he will have someone and that will be Kango. And they will make one of the most adorable fiction gay couples I've ever read(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
